Description	:	Dennis R. "Dee" Stovall, age 76, of Greenfield, passed away Friday, September 19, 2008 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. Born on December 21, 1931 in Scottsville, Kentucky, he was the son of Paul and Vera (Pierson) Stovall. He married Barbara Joyce (Collins) Stovall on December 23, 1952 in Indianapolis. Dee worked in construction for N.E.W. Company in Indianapolis for 40 years before retiring in 1993. He was a member of Sugar Creek Southern Baptist Church in Finley, Indiana. "Dee" Stovall, age 76, of Greenfield, passed away Friday, September 19, 2008 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. Born on December 21, 1931 in Scottsville, Kentucky, he was the son of Paul and Vera (Pierson) Stovall. He married Barbara Joyce (Collins) Stovall on December 23, 1952 in Indianapolis. Dee worked in construction for N.E.W. Company in Indianapolis for 40 years before retiring in 1993. He was a member of Sugar Creek Southern Baptist Church in Finley, Indiana. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Joyce Stovall of Greenfield; sons, Dan Stovall of Indianapolis and Eric Stovall of Fishers; daughter, Crystal (husband, Steve) Wirtz of Fishers; brothers, Sam Stovall of Scottsville, KY, John Stovall of Louisville, KY, and Jack Stovall of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Edith Mae Short of Bowling Green, KY and Ruby Jean Douglas of Mooresville, NC; six grandchildren, Mark, Nathan, Benjamin, Abigail, Nicholas, and Katie; and one great-grandchild, Isabel. Preceding him in death were his parents and brothers, Carl, Albert, and Frank Stovall. Visitation will be on Sunday, September 21, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary, Greenfield. Funeral services will be on Monday, September 22, at 11:00 a.m. at the mortuary. Pastor Paul Enyart will officiate. Burial will follow at New Palestine Cemetery in New Palestine.
