Born April 14, 1959, in Madison, she was the daughter of the late Golden Cassell and Anna Jean Cooper Ellis. Mrs. Parsons was also preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene and Bobby Ellis; and by one sister, Shelby Ellis. Mrs. Parsons was a homemaker and attended Spruce-Laurel Freewill Baptist Church, near Clothier. Survivors include her husband, Ronald M.
