Description	:	ALBIA, Iowa - Diana Lynn Valentine, age 53, of Albia, died Monday March 9, 2009, at the Monroe County Hospital in Albia, Iowa. Diana was born on July 5, 1955, in Monroe County, Iowa, to Harold and Kathryn (Parker) McKim. She attended and graduated from Albia High School. After school, Diana moved to Jacksonville, IL., where she worked as a CNA. She then moved to Springfield, IL and later to Illiopolis, IL where she lived until 2001 when she moved back to Albia. Read More	ALBIA, Iowa - Diana Lynn Valentine, age 53, of Albia, died Monday March 9, 2009, at the Monroe County Hospital in Albia, Iowa. Diana was born on July 5, 1955, in Monroe County, Iowa, to Harold and Kathryn (Parker) McKim. She attended and graduated from Albia High School. After school, Diana moved to Jacksonville, IL., where she worked as a CNA. She then moved to Springfield, IL and later to Illiopolis, IL where she lived until 2001 when she moved back to Albia. Diana attended the River of Life Church in Albia and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Diana is survived by her fiance, Johnathon Vaughan of Albia; three daughters, Shirley Marie Elam and her husband Michal of Mt. Auburn, IL, Rebecca Lynn Byerline and her husband Justin of Dawson, IL, and Holly Sue Valentine and Mike Smith of Albia; two grandchildren, Justin and Autumn. Diana is also survived by four brothers, Harold, Jerry, Paul McKim, all of Albia, and Edward McKim of Kirksville, Mo.; and eleven sisters, Leona Ostermeyer, Alzina Bentley, Dorothy Survis, Carol Stephens, Rita Crall, Barbara Casper, Geraldine Stewart all of Albia and Beverly Parker and Rosie Brown of East Moline, IL., Kathy Brown of Jacksonville, Il., and Norma Scales of Oskaloosa. Diana is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Kathryn McKim. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 12, 2009, at The River of Life Church in Albia, with Pastor Brad Gray officiating. Private family burial will be on Friday, March 13, 2009 at Selection Cemetery. A memorial has been established to the American Kidney Fund. Condolences may be made at www.winfieldfh.com.
