Description	:	LOUDONVILLE: Diane E. Geiselman went home to be with the Lord Friday evening, December 13, 2019, in the Brethren Care Center surrounded by her family. She was 76. She was born on September 12, 1943, to parents Richard & Helen (Strouse) Geiselman in Loudonville. Geiselman went home to be with the Lord Friday evening, December 13, 2019, in the Brethren Care Center surrounded by her family. She was 76. She was born on September 12, 1943, to parents Richard & Helen (Strouse) Geiselman in Loudonville. After Diane graduated from Loudonville High School with the class of 1961, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Capital University in social work with the class of 1965. Diane worked for the Franklin County Children’s Services as the Recreation Director at Franklin Village and as a social worker. She then went on to the “HEARTS” program, where she became known as the “Queen of HEARTS”, until retiring in 1995. After retirement, she returned to Loudonville and worked for several years at Jac-line Manor in the Activities Department, and immediately became active in the community. She was a part of the Loudonville Recreation Board, Activities Scholarship Program, and an Elder at First Presbyterian Church in Loudonville. In 2011 Diane began working with the Community Help Mission as a director despite multiple health concerns and following admission to long term care she still continued to write grants and answer after-hours phone calls. Diane was the epitome of a servant to her community and through serving was dedicated to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She is survived by daughters Christina Elliott of Loudonville and Amy (Ray) Moberly of San Diego, CA; grandchildren Antonia (Caleb) Trejo, Bianca (Zeek Campbell) Trejo, Elliana Trejo, and Walker Moberly; great-granddaughter Aveya Campbell; and her sister Vicki (Ken) Rosser of Ashland. Diane was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Diane will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at 2 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church of Loudonville, 225 E. Main Street, Loudonville, Ohio. Pastor Kathleen Walkerow will officiate. Diane’s family invites everyone in attendance to join them in a time of remembrance and celebration of Diane’s life immediately following the service.
