Description	:	The Belleville Telescope, September 17, 1936 Diathia Rosetta Ferguson, daughter of Adam and Augusta Heisz, was born near the old settlement of Omio, in Jewell county, August 24, 1882, and passed away in Belleville, September 7, 1936, at the age of 54 years and 13 days. When she was four years of age she, with her parents, located in the Courtland community, where she has always made her home, with the exception of five years she spent with her son on the west coast. Read More	The Belleville Telescope, September 17, 1936 Diathia Rosetta Ferguson, daughter of Adam and Augusta Heisz, was born near the old settlement of Omio, in Jewell county, August 24, 1882, and passed away in Belleville, September 7, 1936, at the age of 54 years and 13 days. When she was four years of age she, with her parents, located in the Courtland community, where she has always made her home, with the exception of five years she spent with her son on the west coast. She was united in marriage to Fred Ferguson, April 30, 1902, and to this union was born one child, John Ferguson who had been her constant companion all of her life, her husband having passed away two years after their marriage. Beside her son, John Ferguson, she is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Camp, Selden, and Mrs. Mary Jones of Redwillow, Alberta, Canada; two brothers, John Heisz of Enelda, Alberta, Canada, and Martin Heisz of Morlin; four grandchildren and a great number of other friends and relatives who sadly mourn their loss. Funeral services were held at the Christian church in Courtland, of which she was a member and tireless worker all of her life, Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. P.O. Davis of Belleville. Interment was made in the Mount Pleasant cemetery.
