Cloud will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 in Calcasieu Baptist Church, Glenmora with Reverends Bert Riddle, Daniel Perry and Ken Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in Union Hill Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Glenmora. Mr. Cloud, 90, of Woodworth, entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 30, 2009 in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria. Mr. Cloud, 90, of Woodworth, entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 30, 2009 in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria. D.C. was preceded in death by his parents Jerry and Oder Johnson Cloud, brothers: Aubrey, McKinley, Hardy; sisters: Beatrice Johnson and Gladys Stanley; first wife Audie Ray Cloud and daughters Gerry Nell Cloud Ray and Carolyn Cloud Ray. He worked as a mechanic for Delta Shipyard in New Orleans, and at Camp Claiborne. He was a logger by profession and operated D. C. Cloud Logging. Dillard was survived by Betty B. Cloud his wife of 23 years, his sons Dillard Jr. (wife Gloria) and Bennie (wife Sue) both of Glenmora and daughters Wendy Durison (husband Richard) of Otis, Dody Fee of Alexandria and Amanda Bolton (husband Trent) of Hineston. He also leaves 13 grandchildren: Eric Cloud, Jason Cloud, Byron Cloud, Ashley Cloud, Joan Perry, Jennifer Coker, Tangie Doyle, Lee Durison, Rebekah Durison, Savanna Ford, Brianna Afemon, Wade Bolton and Bailey Bolton and numerous great grandchildren. He also is survived by brother Ward (wife Nona) of Glenmora and sisters Addis Wainwright and Avie Richey of Alexandria. Pallbearers will be Eric Cloud, Richard Durison, Lee Durison, Byron Cloud, Dalton Cloud and Cody Cloud. Hon: Jason Cloud, Trent Bolton, Stan Hibbard, Tom Arnold, Rory, Ryan and Reynard Perry and Thomas Miller.
