Read More	YOUTH KILLED AS TOMBSTONE TOPPLES OVER Donald Fulton, 13, is Victim of Accident at Hill Cemetery When a section of a monument in the Hill Church cemetery toppled over while being straightened late Monday afternoon, Donald Alexander Fulton, 13-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Clyde Fulton was fatally injured and died a short time later after being removed to the Canonsburg General hospital. His head was crushed and he was otherwise badly injured and died without regaining consciousness. In the same accident, G. J. Hanna prominent citizen of that section and road supervisor of North Strabane township, sustained a leg in jury which may prove to be a fracture. Definite determination of his injuries will await the result of X-ray pictures which have been taken. Mr. Hanna is at his home near the Hill church. Several days ago Mr. Hanna received a request from an out-of-town cemetery lot owner asking that a monument in one of the Mc Millen lots be straightened. Yesterday Mr. Hanna went to the cemetery and with the assistance of William Taylor, 19, started to straighten the big stone. Donald Fulton was assisting them and was engaged in placing sod around the base of the monument while the men were straightening it with a pinch bar. The stone broke and a section of it toppled over, striking the boy on the head and the upper part of the body and pinioning him to the ground, at the same time catching Mr. Hanna's leg. It was necessary for Taylor to have help in removing the stone and he rushed to the construction job on the Hill church road, nearby, where workmen were summoned to assist in moving the stone. It was taken off the boy, thus putting the entire weight on Hanna's leg. Both were eventually removed. The boy was rushed to the hospital in Taylor's automobile, while Mr. Hanna was removed to his home. The badly injured victim died a few hours after the accident Donald Alexander Fulton, the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Clyde Fulton was born March 25, 1922 and descended from one of the oldest and most prominent families in the North Strabane section of the county. He attended the township schools an was a member of the Hill Presbyterian church and active in the young peoples affairs of that congregation. He is survived by his parents and one brother, Russell at home.
