Description	:	Suffocation Death Cause — The body of a 16-year-old Sioux City youth, Donald M. Burgett, 2125 Grandview boulevard, was found early Monday morning in the Bellevue apartments garage, where he was on duty as night attendant. An autopsy was performed at the Nelson Berger north side funeral home and Dr. Thomas L. Coriden, Woodbury county coroner, said the boy died of suffocation from food particles lodged in the throat, resulting from convulsions. It was first believed a struggle had ensued because of the position of the body. The youth, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Burgett, was sleeping in a small room in the garage near the door. It was his job to open the door for automobiles entering and leaving during the night. His father is manager of the garage, which is across an alley from the Burgett home. Authorities reported the youth’s body was discovered by his mother at about 4:30 o’clock Monday morning. Looking across the alley from the house, she noticed that the garage door was open. When she went to investigate, she found the body of her son on the floor of the small sleeping compartment with his feet on the bed. Donald was born December 10, 1940, in Sioux City. He was a senior at Central high school and was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran church. The family moved to South Sioux City in 1942 and returned to Sioux City in October, 1952. Survivors include the parents, a brother, Roger; two sisters, Janice and Marcial, all at home. The Nelson Berger north side funeral home has charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Memorial park cemetery under direction of the Nelson-Berger north side funeral home.
