She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Surviving are her husband; one son, John R. Willey, Albany, Ill.; two daughters, Nancy Adolphson, West Burlington, and Pat Gray, New London; four sisters, Mrs. Alyce Brown and Mrs. Maxine Johnson, both of New London, Mrs. Floye Hull, Fairfield, and Mrs. Phyllis Swink, Mt. Pleasant; one brother, Beazel Perry, Kansas City, Mo.; and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Elliot Chapel, New London. The service for Mrs. Willey will be 11 a.m. Friday at the Elliot Chapel, New London, with Elders Earl Humphrey and Wilbur Brown officiating. Burial will be in Brooks Cemetery. A memorial has been established for the Brooks Cemetery Association.
