Description	:	Services have been set for Thursday for Mrs Ronald (Donna) Eggers, 30, of Route 2, killed in an automobile accident Monday afternoon on Highway 30 east near the Dillon corner. She was the 11th county traffic fatality of this year. Born July16, 1940 in Monroe, she was the daughter of Cloe and Sophia Vajgrt Shipley. She was the 11th county traffic fatality of this year. Born July16, 1940 in Monroe, she was the daughter of Cloe and Sophia Vajgrt Shipley. She was graduated from the State Center High School class of 1958 where she was active in basketball and school band and was in 4-H work for eight years. On July 30, 1958 at St John's Lutheran Church at State Center, she was married to Ronald Eggers and they lived in Marshalltown for 10 years before moving to their present home three years ago. Mrs Eggers was employed at the Times-Republican about two years and employed at Fisher Controls for the last three years. Mrs Eggers was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Dillon. She was preceded in death by a half-sister, Myrie. Surviving are the widower, two sons, Tim age 10 and Mike age 7, who was injured in the accident and is hospitalized in fair condition at University Hospitals, Iowa City. Also surviving are her parents, Mr and Mrs Cloe Shipley, State Center; a sister, Mrs Leo R (Bette) Dale, Trenton, Michigan; two brothers, Dean Shipley of Route 3 and Darrel Shipley of State Center; three half-sisters, Mrs Ralph (Lucille) Stuff of Story City; Mrs Bill (Lois) Hutson of Kerman, California; and Mrs Gil (Lola) Bruns, Spirit Lake, and two half-brothers, Verl Shipley of Clemons and Robert Shipley of Ziegler, Illinois. Services will be Thursday at the Dillon Trinity Luthern Church with the Rev Jerald Erdman, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
