Description	:	Mrs. Dora Marquart was born Oct. 18, 1882, near Craig, Holt county, MO.in August 1883 she came with her parents to Byron, NE. There she attended the Christian Day School of the St. Pauls Lutheran Church. On April 1, 1897 Rev. Eckhart confirmed her. She married Hy Marquart and this union was blessed with four children. Only one child Mrs. Elsie Mesloh survives her. Her husband passed away August 30, 1916. Mrs. Marquart took sick and was taken to the Hebron Hospital where an operation was performed. She leaves to mourn her early departure, her daughter Elsie and family. her sisters and brothers Mrs. Nancy Mitchell, Chester, Mrs. Goetzer Vordestrasse, Chester, Mr. Tom Trauernicht, Yuma, CO. Mrs. Minnie Collmann, Chester, John P. Trauernicht, Yuma, CO. Mrs. Sadie Sheele of Deshler, all of whom were present at the funeral. Also her aged parents, Mr. and Mrs. P.T. Trauernicht. Many other relatives and friends mourn her departure. Funeral services were held at the home of her parents. Mr. and Mrs. P.T. Trauernicht and the Lutheran church conducted by her pastor, Rev. Riemnitz and interment was made in the Lutheran Cemetery.
