Description	:	Daughter of George & Anna (Gembica) Sutko. She graduated from Kramer High School in Columbus. On October 19, 1938 she married Andrew Dush at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Silver Creek. Following her marriage she lived near Duncan for a brief time before moving to the farm near Clarks in 1943. She continued living on the farm until she entered the Central City Care Center with her husband. They both lived there until his death on March 15, 1995. Miss Alice Sutko, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor, and Miss Leona Sutko, sister of the bride, and Miss Helen Dush, sister of the groom, served as bridesmaids. The bridegroom was attended by Walter Dush, a brother, who acted as best man and Ray Kuta, cousin of the bride, who served as groomsman. The bride wore a lovely dress of white satin, princess style, with a long train with sets of lace, buttons formed trimming on the bodice, high at the neckline. The coronet was crown style and a short veil was held in place by tiny seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of white carnations and pink roses. Miss Sutko, the maid of honor, wore a lovely gown of mulberry taffeta, princess style with a full, floor length skirt trimmed with bands of velvet, short puffed sleeves and buttons trimmed the bodice. She wore gold sandals. Miss Sutko and Miss Dush, the bridesmaids, wore gowns made alike of French blue and dusty pink satin, respectively, fashioned with short puffed sleeves, low neckline, and with full floor length skirts. They wore silver sandals and wore carnations in their hair, and carried bouquets of carnations and snapdragons. The bridegroom wore the conventional dark suit with a boutonniere of white carnations. The bridegroom's attendants wore dark suits with boutonnieres of pink carnations. Immediately following the wedding, a reception was held at the home of the brides parents. The dining room was prettily decorated with streamers and bouquets of garden flowers. A beautiful three tier wedding cake baked by Mrs. Frank Sutko, centered the table. The dinner was served to 125 relatives and friends, by the Misses Laurene Niedzwicki, Helen Starostka, Frances Laska, Elizabeth Urkoski, Doris Zelasney and Mary Borys. Mrs. Dush received her education in Nance and Merrick County rural schools and graduated from Kramer High School in 1932. Since graduation she has had part time employment in Columbus. Mr. Dush attended St. Stanislaus Catholic School. A wedding dance was held at the Kula hall in Silver Creek in the evening with music by Gawlich orchestra of St. Edward. Mr. and Mrs. Dush will make their home on a farm one-half mile west of Duncan. Silver Creek Sand, October 21, 1938
