Read More	Times-Herald (Vallejo, CA) - Wednesday, August 29, 2012 Deceased Name: Dorothy Elizabeth Moore CA United States Dorothy Elizabeth Moore Sept. 25, 1917 - Aug. 24, 2012 Dorothy (Dottie) Moore, 94, passed away peacefully at home on Friday. She was born in Albia, Iowa to Ernest and Regina Madorin. Dottie married the love of her life, Kenneth Moore, in 1938 and began their life together in Vallejo in 1946. She worked at Kaiser Hospital for 35 years. She had a spunky spirit and a zest for life. She was a devout Catholic and loved to spoil her family and friends. You are a lucky one if you ever tasted her cooking! Dottie was preceded in death by her husband, Kenny, in 1991. Survivors include her sister, Mary Ann Smith of Missouri; brother, Jim Madorin (Sonja) of Texas; daughters, Betty Moore of San Jose, Carol Howard (Hank) of Vallejo, and Donna Moore of San Jose; granddaughters, Renee Kale (Jim) and Kimberly Spears (Leslie); and great-granddaughters, Taylor Spears and Veronica Kale. Our family would like to thank Dr. Julia R. Krasner of Kaiser Hospital for her professionalism and tender-loving care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Kaiser Hospice or Soroptimist Int'l of Vallejo. Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., at St. Basil's Catholic Church, 1230 Nebraska St., Vallejo.
