Visitation will be 2:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, December 1, at Fry Funeral Home in Tipton. A memorial fund has been established in her memory. Funeral services were 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 2, at Fry Funeral Home in Tipton, with the Rev. Norman Anderson officiating. Dorothy Elizabeth Osborn was born July 6, 1916, in Cedar County, the daughter of Walter and Anna (DeMean) Osborn. She received her education at the Crees County School in Cedar County. She married John Carl Voss on February 23, 1935, in Rock Island, Illinois. Together they farmed south of Tipton, until they retired. John preceded her in death on May 16, 1978. She was a member of the Rochester Methodist Church. She enjoyed cooking, playing cards, bingo and going on trips. Surviving are four sisters, Wilma Frick and Loretta (Moses) Whitmer, both of Wilton, Gladys (Elmer) Ehlert of West Liberty and Evelyn Evnas of Atalissa.
