Born July 13, 1928 in Nelson County to the late William Tunstall and Dorothy Seay Harvey, she was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Hill; two brothers, Lewis and William Harvey. She is survived by a daughter, Virginia J. Crouch and her husband, Everett Samuel; a son, William T. Jackson and his wife, Lillian, all of Powhatan; three brothers and their wives, Douglas and Elizabeth Harvey, Richard and Rebecca Harvey, Read More	Dorothy Harvey Jackson, 74, of Powhatan, widow of Montell T. The family received friends January 2, 2003, from 6pm to 9pm at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60), Powhatan, and where services were held 11am Friday.
