Ralph and Dorothy were the parents of: Mark D Ford(unk-unk) Dana L Ford Earl(unk-unk) ******************************* Muncie – Dorothy Jeanne Ford, 82, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at home. She was born on September 16, 1932 in Gentryville, Indiana, the daughter of Harvey Harrison and Dorothy Edna (Eberhardt) Davidson. On April 15, 1955 in Gentryville United Methodist Church she married the love of her life Ralph E. Ford who preceded her in death. Jeanne was a 1950 graduate of Spiceland High School and she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Central Missouri State Teachers’ College and Ball State Teachers College. She taught twenty-nine years in the Kokomo Center Township schools, retiring in 1997. She also taught at Logansport, Monroe Central and Muncie Community Schools for a total of thirty-nine years in teaching. Jeanne was a past member of several educational organizations. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star, Farmland and the Farmland United Methodist Church. Survivors include her two children, Mark D Ford (wife, Joann) of Asheville, North Carolina and Dana L Earl (husband, Mark) of Muncie; three grandsons, Jacob and Chris Earl of Muncie and Matthew Ford of Asheville, North Carolina; a great-grandson, Draven M B Earl of Slidell, Louisiana; also surviving is her sister, Mary Carolyn Wright of Farmland.
