Description	:	Dorothy L. (Rohrbaugh) Grote, 93, formerly of the Glenville area, died Saturday, February 8, 2014, at Hanover Hall Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late George A. Grote. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at the Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock, with the Rev. Ethan Levengood and the Rev. Jerry Beers officiating. Mrs. Grote was born on July 4, 1920, in Codorus Township, a daughter of the late Edward W. and Anna R. (Kaltreider) Rohrbaugh. She was a member of the Hanover Wesleyan Church, where she was a member of the Women's Missionary Society, served as a Nursery Mother, was the coordinator for sending flowers to members, and did the church bulletins for many years. She is survived by two sons, Robert E. Grote and his wife, Charry of Hanover, and Dean L. Grote and his wife, Jean of Hanover; four grandchildren, Robin Grote and wife, Cathy of Duxbury, Mass., Galen Grote of Newberryport, Mass., Diane Harris and husband, George of Hanover, and Carol Grote and Josh Arentz of Hanover; seven great-grandchildren, Matthew, George, Autumn, Amanda, Cassidy, Allie, and Zachariah; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson, George C. Grote, and was the last of 10 siblings. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hanover Wesleyan Church, Building Fund, 701 Black Rock Road, Hanover, PA 17331.
