Description	:	Dorothy M. Freimark, 95, died Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at the Miller Good Samaritan Society in Miller. The funeral service was held Tuesday, May 6 at the First United Methodist Church in Miller with the Rev. Brian Jones and the Rev. David Andrews officiating. Interment was at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miller. Rembold Funeral Home of St. Lawrence has been entrusted with Dorothy's arrangements. Dorothy was born on April 11, 1913 in Loomis, S.D., to Gene and Norma Danburg. Dorothy married Ralph Freimark on August 12, 1946, in Miller, S.D. To this union, two daughters were born. Dorothy lived in Hand County her entire life. She worked at Hand County Memorial Hospital in Miller, and held various positions there from 1961 until 1981, at which time she retired. After her retirement, she enjoyed looking after her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed baking for the holidays, playing cards, attending sporting events in which her grandchildren and great-grandchildren participated, and spending time with all her family and friends. She is survied by her two daughters, Carolyn (Steve) Danburg, Miller, and Sharon (Roger) Kindle, Tenino, Wash.; eight grandchildren, Staci (Scott) Saugstad of Marshall, Minn., Tamie (Barry) Grogan of Miller, Sherry (Bill) Speirs of Hewlett, Wyo., Tania (Dana) Ruhnke of Miller, Shawn (Kelly) Fernholz of Miller, Tyann (Rob) Baloun of Redfield, Robin (Pat) Colvin of Tenino, Wash., and Roger Kindle, Jr. Tenino, Wash.: 24 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandsons; her siblings, Leroy (Deloris) Danburg of Wessington, Lenore Ufen of Miller and Derla (Dave) Simons of St. Lawrence; and sisters-in-law, Rose Danburg and Ruth Roeber both of Miller. She is preceeded in death by her husband, Ralph, in 1983; parents, Gene and Norma; one brother, Ray; one sister, Phyllis; mother and father-in-law, Opal and Rolland Freimark; one sister-in-law, and three brothers-in-law.
