Description	:	As a baby, Dorothy was adopted by & raised by her maternal grandmother, Laura Maude "Maude" Griggs Hoot Holcomb and her maternal step-grandfather, Louis Arthur Holcomb. Her birth mom was Maude's daughter Ruby Ann Hoot Bridgman Ingraham & her birth father was Claudius Duane "Duane" Bridgman. Both her birth mother, Ruby, and her birth father, Duane, were present in Dorothy's life, but the day-to-day raising of Dorothy was very lovingly done by her adopted parents, Maude and Louis. Her birth mom was Maude's daughter Ruby Ann Hoot Bridgman Ingraham & her birth father was Claudius Duane "Duane" Bridgman. Both her birth mother, Ruby, and her birth father, Duane, were present in Dorothy's life, but the day-to-day raising of Dorothy was very lovingly done by her adopted parents, Maude and Louis. In 1931, a young Dorothy married Clifford Caspers. Together they had two sons, Louis Duane Caspers (1931-1984) and Donald Owen Caspers (1932-2000). Dorothy & Clifford did not remain together. In 1936, Dorothy married her second husband, William Arthur Larrison (1894-1954). Dorothy & William had one son, William Arthur Larrison, born 1936. Dorothy was widowed by the sudden death of her husband, William in 1954. Dorothy's final marriage was to Frank S. Campbell (1905-1976). From her birth, through the years raising her sons and until the passing of her last husband, Frank, Dorothy lived in Iowa. Throughout all those Iowa years, Dorothy lived in Des Moines although she was born in Albion. After Dorothy's husband, Frank, passed away, Dorothy moved to Louisiana to be near her son, William (Bill). She lived in Lousiana until her passing on January 28, 1981. Following her wishes, Dorothy was buried in Webster City, Iowa, next to her husband, Frank. She was a warm & loving person very much loved and missed by her family.
