Keller, 81, of 453 Firestone Ave., died at 7:45 a.m. Sunday at the home of her daughter in Tulsa, Okla. She had been staying with her daughter since becoming ill in October. Read More	Morning Journal 2001 Tuesday, February 20, 2001: Dorothy Keller: COLUMBIANA --- Dorothy M. Keller, 81, of 453 Firestone Ave., died at 7:45 a.m. Sunday at the home of her daughter in Tulsa, Okla. She had been staying with her daughter since becoming ill in October. Mrs. Keller was born Nov. 13, 1919 in East Palestine, the daughter of Raymond and Ora (Buchecker) Sheets, and was a lifelong resident of Columbiana. A homemaker, she was an active member of the Grace United Church of Christ, where she always helped with church social activities such as baking and volunteering her time. Mrs. Keller was an active volunteer with the Historical Society, and a member of the Women's Club, Garden Club of Columbiana and the Salem Golf Club. She also enjoyed baking and bridge. Her husband, George R. Keller, whom she married June 11, 1938, died on Sept. 2, 1990. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Jack (Lana K.) Istnick of Tulsa; two sons, Richard H. Keller and Dr. G. William Keller, both of Wilmington, Del.; a sister, Mrs. Nathan (Louise) Pierce of Punta Gorda, Fla.; nine grandchildren and a great grandchild. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Kurtz and Norma Bird. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Grace United Church of Christ. The Rev. Earl Crecelius will officiate. Burial will be in Columbiana Cemetery. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana, and at the church on Thursday one hour prior to services.
