Description	:	The Schneider Farm Cemetery is on Sec 34, on the west side of Eureka Road, halfway between County Line Rd and Garfield Rd at the edge of the road. At the time the stones were copied by John Sprinkle, Robert Aigler, Dawn Bailey, and Margaret Simon, 11 Nov 1974, the property was owned by Orville Burkey. At that time the stones were broken off and lying in a row to one side. The twp had cleared out brush and stumps. There were six headstones, four of them in German and six foot stones. There possibly... Read More	The Schneider Farm Cemetery is on Sec 34, on the west side of Eureka Road, halfway between County Line Rd and Garfield Rd at the edge of the road. At the time the stones were copied by John Sprinkle, Robert Aigler, Dawn Bailey, and Margaret Simon, 11 Nov 1974, the property was owned by Orville Burkey. At that time the stones were broken off and lying in a row to one side. The twp had cleared out brush and stumps. There were six headstones, four of them in German and six foot stones. There possibly could have been other stones buried in the ground. All the burials take place in the decade of the 1850's. Mary Weese checked the cemetery, 27 Sept 1997, and found the stones lying in a pile under a cherry tree. More to follow on the history of this land - space permitting. May 2012..
