Born in Centerville, April 2, 1867, she was the daughter of John and Frances Jane Clarke Creamer. She was married to George F. Jones November 26, 1884, in Ottumwa. She lived in this area nearly all her life. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Goodwin and Mrs. Tom King of Amarillo, Tex.; 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Goodwin, 1917 West Chester avenue, will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Johnson funeral chapel. The Rev. W.B. Friend, pastor of the Pentecostal Church of God will be in charge. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery.
