| Description | : | Gertrude E. Somers Gertrude E. Somers, formerly of Crisfield, died Sunday December 9th in the Riverwalk Manor after a long illness, one day before her 105th birthday. Miss Somers had been a resident of the John B. Parsons Home since 1956. She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church. Born in Crisfield, she was a daughter of the late Sidney B. and Adelia Sterling Somers. Several cousins survive. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, December 12th in the Parsons Home with the Rev. Walter Donoway officiating. Interment was in Crisfield Cemetery.
