Read More	Ebenezer Black McClelland, 84 years old, a retired farmer, a native and lifelong resident of this community and long one of its best-known citizens, died in the home of his son, Walter McClelland, 116 Highland avenue, this morning. He had been in ill health for some days. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday at the home of Walter McClelland. Mr. McClelland was born on the McClelland homestead in North Strabane township and lived there his entire life until about six years ago when he came to Canonsburg to spend his declining years with his son. He was a brother of the late James McClelland, one of the most prominent farmers of the county, who died in the spring of 1902. The firm of McClelland Brothers was widely known as the breeders of high-class livestock, and they won many premiums at the fairs throughout Western Pennsylvania. Mr. McClelland was of a retiring nature, but those who knew him esteemed him highly. His wife died seventeen years ago. He was the last survivor of a well-known family, his brothers, James, William and Thomas, and a sister, Mrs. A. G. McPherson, having died a number or years ago.
