Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Powers Funeral Home in Afton. Pastor Dwayne Henrichs will officiate. Edith Louisa Warren was born September 24, 1928 in Ringgold Co., IA to Joseph Martin Campbell and Bertha Lois (Keller) Campbell. She attended school in Shannon City, Lorimor and Benton, IA and graduated from Delphos High School. On April 3, 1946, Edith married Dale Warren in Tipton, Iowa. They lived first by Stanwood, Iowa, then moved south of Lorimor in 1951, where she has continued to live. Edith was a homemaker and farmwife and was a member of the Royal Neighbor Lodge. Dale died in 1992. Survivors include her daughter, Barbara (husband Bill); one son, Charlie (significant other Wendy); and five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; five brothers: Dale Campbell, Melvin (wife Alice) Campbell, Clyde Campbell, Ron Campbell and Bob Campbell; two sisters, Donna (husband Glen) Adams and Zelda (husband Dave) Winslow. Edith was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dale Warren, and two brothers, Marvin Campbell and Paul Campbell, as a child.
