Description	:	Mrs. E. Louise Jones passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2006, at the Prairie Lakes Hospital in Watertown, SD. She was the widow of Mr. Eben Jones. Edith Louise (Busch) Jones was born on February 22, 1914 to Ed and Edythe (Yetter) Busch in Havana, Illinois. Louise moved with her family to the Rockham, South Dakota area where she was baptized and confirmed in the Methodist Church. The couple... Read More	Mrs. E. Louise Jones passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2006, at the Prairie Lakes Hospital in Watertown, SD. She was the widow of Mr. Eben Jones. Edith Louise (Busch) Jones was born on February 22, 1914 to Ed and Edythe (Yetter) Busch in Havana, Illinois. Louise moved with her family to the Rockham, South Dakota area where she was baptized and confirmed in the Methodist Church. Louise attended country school near Rockham and Rockham High School before graduating from Miller High School. On November 4, 1936 she was united in marriage to Eben Jones in Miller, SD. The couple moved to Deuel County and farmed southwest of Clear Lake, South Dakota until retiring in 1974. They then moved into Clear Lake. On June 13, 1992 Eben passed away. Louise continued to live in her home in Clear Lake, SD until she entered the Deuel County Memorial Hospital and then transferred to Prairie Lakes Hospital in Watertown in July of 2006. Louise passed away there on Thursday, July 27, 2006, at the age of 92 years, 5 months and 5 days. Louise was a member of the United Methodist Church in Clear Lake, SD. She was a longtime member of the Sunnyside Extension Club and the Clear Lake Senior Citizens. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, playing cards, and in later years doing Bent and Wiggly puzzle books, reading and playing Yahtzee. She is survived by her son Chester (Marlys) Park, Watertown, SD; sister Florence Heezen, Cavour, SD; two grandchildren: Cindy (James) Iedema, Pierre, SD and Chester (Nikole) Park, Jr., Watertown, SD; four great grandchildren: Alyssa and Jacey Iedema; Madison and Christopher Park; several nieces and nephews and special friends, Wally Curl, Doris Wilson and Lew and Betty Shelsta. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, parents and two brothers and three sisters. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery, Clear Lake, SD. Active pallbearers will be: Robert Hoffman, Richard Jackson, Clifford Jackson, Chester Park, Chester Park, Jr. and Wally Curl. Arrangements by Houseman-Eng Funeral Home in Clear Lake, SD.
