She was born April 11, 1920 in Tipton County the daughter of Fred and Mary (Bauer) Bergman. She married Guy Landon Hudson on April 19, 1943 in Tipton. He preceded her in death on July 8, 2009. They were married for 66 years. She was a 1938 graduate of Tipton High School. Read More	Edith Marie (Bergman) Hudson, 89, died at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at Manor Care in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. She was born April 11, 1920 in Tipton County the daughter of Fred and Mary (Bauer) Bergman. She married Guy Landon Hudson on April 19, 1943 in Tipton. He preceded her in death on July 8, 2009. They were married for 66 years. She was a 1938 graduate of Tipton High School. Edith was employed at Delco Radio during WWII and was a cafeteria manager at Maple Crest Elementary School for 25 years, retiring in 1982. She was an active member of Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the LWML. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and friend. She enjoyed playing golf and cards with her husband and many friends. She is survived by two children, Karen and her husband Dr. David Wright, Lansdale, Pa., and David and his wife Teresa Miller Hudson, Carmel; seven grandchildren, Katherine Criscuolo and husband Bruce, Center Valley, Pa., David J. Wright and wife Anna, Philadelphia, Pa., Sarah Vajda and husband Janos, Cinnaminson, N.J., Brandon, Garrett, Gavin and Nolan Hudson, all of Carmel; two great-grandchildren, Madison and Abigail Criscuolo, Center Valley, Pa. , one sister, Geneva Thrasher of Kokomo and brothers- and sisters-in-law Donald Hudson and Mary Lou and Bill Julius, Greentown, Helen Greene, Kokomo, Glenice Bergman, Tipton and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Bergman and Ernest Bergman and one sister, Mildred Dunn. Funeral services April 6, 2010 at Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, 705 Southway Boulevard East, with Pastor William Allison officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, Lincoln Road Chapel, y Gardens Cemetery.
