He was born 5-27-1915 in Easton, the son of Randolph and Mary (Lindsey) Wright. Edmund belonged to the Washburn Masonic Lodge AF&AM as a master mason. He was known for his tremendous work ethic. This was displayed in his 20 years for Bridge Construction Company, where he operated heavy equipment operator and all the way to his retirement from McCains. He is survived by 2 sons, Gerald and his wife Yolanda of Presque Isle, Manzar and his wife Freda of Deltona, FLA., 3 brothers, John and his wife Arlene, Barry and his wife Janine, Roy and his wife Colleen, all of Florida, 2 sisters, Rose Burnette of Arizona and Vera Soucie and her husband Fred of Presque Isle, 4 grandchildren, Gerry Wright and his wife Karlene of Ellsworth, Michael Wright and his wife Carol of Tennessee, Beth (Wright) Lint and her husband Craig Presque Isle and Stephen Wright of Connecticut, great grandchildren, Kylee, Shane. Ross, Lindsey, Christopher, Luke, Katy and Theresa, as well as several nieces and nephews. Edmund will also fondly remembered by special friends, Claude and Cecile Guerrette. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife of more than 60 years, Helen (Doody) Wright, a brother, Miles Wright and 2 sisters, Rita Reed and Pearl Johnson. Burial at Fairmount cemetery.
