Description	:	Edna Trimble, daughter of William and Olive (Hartley) Trimble, was born February 17, 1890, at Doland, South Dakota, and departed this life at Clarinda, Iowa, at the age of 72 years, one month and 12 days. She came with her parents to Bedford, Iowa, when she was five years of age, where she attended school and grew to womanhood. Edna was united in marriage with Elmer Adams at Corning, Ia, on May 11, 1930. She became a member of the Methodist Church at an early age, and remained faithful until the end. She leaves to mourn... She came with her parents to Bedford, Iowa, when she was five years of age, where she attended school and grew to womanhood. Edna was united in marriage with Elmer Adams at Corning, Ia, on May 11, 1930. She became a member of the Methodist Church at an early age, and remained faithful until the end. She leaves to mourn her passing her husband, Elmer, one brother and wife, Lee and Minnie Trimble of Forest City, Ia, one niece and her husband Dr and Mrs Charles Potter, also of Forest City, and several cousins. Edna was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother. Her husband, Elmer Adams, departed this life at 5:20 the afternoon of her funeral and her sister-in-law Mrs Lee (Minnie) Trimble passed away the following day. Funeral services were held at the Walker Funeral Home in Clarinda, Ia, at 2 o'clock, Tuesday afternoon, April 10, with Lacy Thompson, Methodist minister, who was assisted by Clarence Potter, preacher for the Church of Christ, New Market, Ia. Those who served as pallbearers were Roy Pratt, Claude Drennen, Dwight Pratt, Carl Cade, Ernie Thompson and Elsey Guiliatt. Merrill R. Miller sang. Burial was in Old Memory Cemetery.
