Read More	Creston News Advertiser Creston, Iowa Edward Benjamin Kralik, one of seven children born to James and Anna Baber Kralik, first saw the light of day south of Williamson, in Adams County, Iowa on May 20, 1888. Until 1944 Adams County has been his home. He was married to Miss Florence Kolash on September 3rd, 1913 and to this union three children were born: Harry, Edna and Colleen. Mr. Kralik's parents purchased the farm home three-quarters of a mile north of Williamson when Edward was about seven years of age and there he grew to manhood and there his children grew to maturity and this was home to him until 1944. He was preceded into the great beyond by his devoted wife, Florence, who departed this life January 29, 1926. On September 24, 1927 Mr. Kralik was married to Miss Edna Watschke of Des Moines, Iowa, in that city. Mrs. Edna Kralik was a devoted wife and a loving mother to Mr. Kralik's three children, and after fourteen years of devoted home making she was called to her eternal reward on March 5, 1941. Mr. Kralik was a devoted, kind and loving father, husband, brother and son. He was an active and loyal member of the Order of Moose and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodges. He was a man of honesty, industry and integrity; one of the best of neighbors, and a man who endeared himself unto all who were privileged to know him. Since 1944 Mr. Kralik has made his home in Wyoming with his daughter, Mrs. Edna Stone, residing first for two years at Douglas and since then at Casper, Wyoming, with the exception that the last two winters he has spent in California. Mr. Kralik has been in comparative good health and active until a few days before his departure, when he felt the need of hospitalization, and then without warning he answered the final summons into the eternal realm at Magnolia hospital in Pasadena, California on March 19, 1951 being at the age of sixty-two years and ten months. He leaves to mourn his departure his son, Harry of Williamson, two daughters, Mrs. Edna Stone of Casper, Wyoming, and Mrs. Colleen Lewis of Creston, Iowa; two brothers, John and James Kralik of Creston; four sisters, Mrs. Anna Duben of Nevinville, Iowa, Mrs. Mary Krisinger and Mrs. Josie Blazek of Creston, and Mrs. Allie Krisinger of Oakland, California; eleven grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews, besides these many other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 24th, 1951, at the Methodist church in Creston, conducted by the Rev. V.M. Bressler.
