Kralik had passed from this life, though she had been ill for nearly a year, and her death was not unexpected, it came as a great sadness to her large circle of friends. Funeral services were held at the home Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Zumsteg of Nevinville officiated and the choir from the Nevinville church singing several beautiful selections. A burial service in Bohemian language was read by Frank Striu of Creston. A large company of friends and neighbors were in attendance and floral offerings were abundant and beautiful testifying to the respect and love given the deceased lady by the entire community. Pall bearers were selected from the near neighbors, all of whom were old friends. Burial was made in the Bohemian cemetery. Florence Kolash, second daughter of John and Barbara Kolash, was born at Williamson on the 4th of March 1896 and died at her home at Williamson January 29, 1926 being at the time of her death 29 years and 10 months of age. She grew to young womanhood in the vicinity of Williamson and on September 3rd, 1913 was united in marriage to Edward B. Kralik also of Williamson. To this union were born three children, one son and two daughters. As a girl, Florence was a general favorite and during her married life drew around her a social circle to whom she was firmly bound by her sunny, cheerful disposition and kindly sets of friendliness and pleasant words and smile for all. A sacrificing and devoted wife and mother, a good neighbor and a kind friend and a prominent and highly respected member of society. Florence will long be remembered and missed at this place. She is survived by her heart-broken husband, one son Harry aged 11 and two daughters, Edna aged 8 and Coleen aged 5. Her mother, Mrs. Barbara Kolash of Des Moines, one brother, Frank Kolash of Des Moines, and three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Sheffle of Prescott, Mrs. Barbara Palik of Williamson, and Mrs. Francis Adams of Chicago. She is also survived by tow grandmothers, Mrs. Kate Kolash of Huntington Park, California and Mrs. Josie Krisinger of Creston. Sincere and heartfelt sympathy is offered the bereaved relatives in this hour of sorrow.
