Soon after moved to Hayfork California in 1930 where his second sister Elizabeth Louise 'Betty' was born. There him and his brother started school in Hayfork. Ted got restless moved back to Linneus again, then to Oregon where they settled when he was around 10 yrs old. Grew up there . Kents brother was Faye Malcolm (Williams) Johnson Kosak born Linneus MO Mar 29, 1923. He was born out of wedlock.On his birth certificate your mother gave him the last name of Johnson. Because a step grandmother raised her, who married her grandfather Andrew Jackson Johnson. He died when your mother was two. Her mother died 4 months after her birth. Her father gave her to Johnson to raise. Certificate has Faye's biological father, who is Floyd Earl Williams. When he was one or two your mother was with Ted Kosak. So that's how you got your older brother. Edward always went be middle name Kent. Kent's enlistment date into the Navy was Aug 30, 1944 when he was 17. Released July 26, 1946. show enlistment again May 11, 1948 with release again Aug 28, 1950. Served in US Navy World War II. At sometime he married Jacquline (Jackie) Nickell. They had two girls together. First Eva Mae, not sure date. Then Shirley Ann June 25, 1959. They lived in Hayfork CA.. their mother left them when they were young. As years went on Kent married Eva Dearman and they had one son together named Edward Kent Kosak JR.. Born April 17, 1978 died around 2015 cirrhosis of liver. In Hayfork CA.. Shirley Ann died, believe accidental over dose in Mt Shasta Oct 5, 2018. Kent was a cool and quiet Uncle. Later years he moved to Paradise California where he got pneumonia, died at home. This was added by his niece Edna 'Laura' Kosak March 2020
