She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, John Smith Figg. She was a native of Gloucester County, and a longtime member of Petsworth Baptist Church. Mrs. Figg, a quiet, loving, and caring person, is survived by her daughter, Barbara F. Copeland of Grafton; her son, John E. Figg of Hampton; her brother, R. Henry Rilee of Gloucester; five grandchildren, William M. Copeland, Sr., John C. Copeland, Ann M. Copeland, J. Daniel Figg and Gary A. Figg;... Dennis Hollandsworth, pastor of Petsworth Baptist Church. Burial was in Windsor Gardens Cemetery in Dutton. The family received friends at the funeral home from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.
