Description	:	Mrs. Effie Mae Cusick, 66, of Rt. 1, died 3:30 a.m. today in Bluffton Community Hospital. Born in Allen County Nov. 1, 1900, she was the daughter of Isaac and Sophia Brenneman Shenk. Her husband, John N. Cusick, survives. Also surviving are four brothers, Ira of Dayton, Va., Otho and Timothy, both of Elida, and Erasmus Shenk of Lima; three sisters, Susanne Diller and Mrs. Laura Powell, both of Elida, and Mrs. Ellen Straman of Berrien Springs, Mich. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Lewis Memorial Chapel of Chiles and Sons - Laman Funeral Home. Rev. Clinton Jordon and Rev. Willard Thomas will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Lafayette Eastern Star will offer memorial services at 8 p.m. Friday following memorial services by the Ladies Auxiliary VFW at 7 p.m. Friends may call at the chapel after 7 p.m. today.
