Read More	EILEEN H. ELMORE - Friday - October 24, 2003 Wenatchee Valley - Eileen Elmore, 88, a longtime resident in the Wenatchee Valley died October 9, 2003 at Central Washington Hospital. Her early years were spent in Mt. Baring, Skykomish and Everett. She worked in Everett several years before marrying Howard Elmore in 1939. They would have been married 65 years in May. They were happy parents of two children, Roberta and Richard. Howard's work responsibilities meant fre-quent moves until they moved to Wenatchee but Eileen provided a loving home wherever she was and was known to have said "Family first and foremost in my heart and life, friends and church were precious." Eileen was a frequent contributor in the community and St. Lukes and St. James Episcopal Church. She was active with the YMCA, Red Cross blood drive, school activities with her children, practice club with friends and St. Anne's Church Guild. An avid golfer, she continued to play into her early 80s. Eileen will be remembered lovingly by many. She is survived by her husband, Howard; son, Richard Elmore (Kris); daughter, Roberta Coffee (William); grandchildren, Kathryn Whal (Dean), Elizabeth Coffee, Nathan Elmore (Marcie), Toby Elmore (Amy); and great-grandchildren, Tyler Wahl, and Tayler and Ryan Elmore. She loved them one and all and will be remembered with the same love. A memorial service was held at St. James of Cashmere. Arrangements made by Braun Funeral Home. Any memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne's Guild, St. James Episcopal Church, 222 Cottage Ave., Cashmere, WA 98815. Inscription: Family first and foremost
