Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton, with military services by the Clinton AMVETS. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday at Clinton Chapel of Snell-Zornig Funeral Home. Mr. Boardsen died Friday, Oct. 1, 1999, at his home. He was employed 16 years as an accountant at Clinton Corn Processing Co. and 18 years as an accountant at Carstensen Freight Lines. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Vicki Warren, Green Lake, Wis., Debra Brandmeyer, of the Quad-Cities, and Ann Sperry, Reynoldsburg, Ohio; sons, John, Waterloo, and Eric, Louisville, Ky.; nine grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; a sister, Chris Boysen, Clinton; and a (twin) brother, Harry, Waterloo.
