Description	:	Eldora passed away September 13, 2009 in Spokane, Washington. She was born on March 22, 1923 in Hatton, North Dakota to Helmer and Millie (Swanson) Hanson. She enjoyed her childhood on the farm and graduated from Hatton High School. After graduation, she obtained her Teacher's certificate and taught in a one-room school house before moving to Spokane, Washington. Eldora was employed at Kaiser Aluminum, Trentwood as a chemist and retired after more than 30 years. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and spent many enjoyable years as her church's coordinator for serving meals at Crosswalk in Spokane.... She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and spent many enjoyable years as her church's coordinator for serving meals at Crosswalk in Spokane. She loved to travel and especially looked forward to her annual drives to North Dakota to visit friends and family, which she was able to do until the last few years. She never missed watching a Mariner's game on television. She enjoyed sharing stories, reading, crossword puzzles, her flowers - especially the roses, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth Bronowski, and husband, Ted, of Colville, Washington; her grandson, Tim Holman and significant other, Kelly Munro, of Spokane, Washington; her granddaughters, Sara Bronowski and Tiffany Bronowski of Colville, Washington; her sister, Opal Larsen, of Dickenson, North Dakota; and her brother, Art Hanson, and wife, Donna, of Hatton, North Dakota. She was preceded in death by her parents, Helmer and Millie Hanson; and her brother, Howard Hanson. We know it was a wonderful reunion. Services will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 810 S. Sullivan, Spokane Valley, Washington, at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2009. Published in Spokesman-Review from Sept. 23 to Sept. 24, 2009
