Description	:	Eleanor Rae Puckett, 84, of Arma, Kansas died at 6:45 a.m. Sunday, January 1, 2017 at Westridge Assisted Living in Girard, Kansas. Mrs. Puckett was born December 6, 1932 at Arma, Kansas the daughter of George and Zula Todd Fauvergue. Eleanor Rae was a cosmetologist who owned Eleanor Rae's Beauty and Tanning Salon in Arma. She was raised in Arma and graduated from Arma High School in l930. She attended cosmetology school at Ft. Scott Junior College. She was a lifelong Arma resident. She married Calvin H. "Herman" Puckett on December 12, 1950 at Pittsburg, Kansas. Mr. Puckett preceded her in death... "Herman" Puckett on December 12, 1950 at Pittsburg, Kansas. Mr. Puckett preceded her in death in September 2005. She was baptized in the Church of Latter Day Saints in Pittsburg. She was a member of the National Hairdressers and Cosmetology Association. Survivors include two daughters, Linda (Ross) Martinson of Farlington, Kansas and Brenda (Jimmy) Pogue of Cleveland, Oklahoma, a son, Kevin (Kathy) Puckett of Arma, a sister, Ramona Montgomery of Sacramento, California, three grandchildren, Joani Zibert Williams, and Brandon and Grant Puckett, and three great grandchildren, Sky, Capri, and Zyler Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother, George Fauvergue Jr. Private graveside services will be held at the Pittsburg Garden of Memories Cemetery.
