Description | : | From the Mennonite Archives and Obituaries Data Base Yoder, Eli T., son of Samuel K and Barbara S Yoder, was born in Lagrange Co., Ill., Sept. 29, 1885; died at Newton, Kan., Sept. 14, 1972; aged 86 y. 11 m. 16 d. On June 2, 1920, he was married to Ida Plank who survives. He was a member of the Hesston Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Sept. 16, in charge of Milo Kauffman, and John Duerksen; interment in East Lawn Cemetery, Zimmerdale, Kan. Ida and Eli had five children John 1925, Mary 1927, Lawrence 1929, Vernon 1931 and Arnold. |
