Description	:	Mr. Elijah Boston Dead. Mr. Elijah H. Boston, one of the best known citizens of Crisfield, died at his home on Cove Street in this city, Monday morning last at an early hour. Death was due to Brights Disease. Mr. Boston enjoyed excellent health throughout life, and had never known an illness of any consequence until a few weeks ago when he was attacked with Kidney trouble. Read More	Mr. Elijah Boston Dead. Mr. Elijah H. Boston, one of the best known citizens of Crisfield, died at his home on Cove Street in this city, Monday morning last at an early hour. Death was due to Brights Disease. Mr. Boston enjoyed excellent health throughout life, and had never known an illness of any consequence until a few weeks ago when he was attacked with Kidney trouble. This confined him to his bed for several weeks and developed into Brights. Mr. Boston's condition seemed to improve about two weeks ago, and he was able to be down town again, but on last Saturday he suffered a relapse which resulted in his death Monday morning. Mr. Boston was a native of Worcester County. He came to Crisfield about 1892 and engaged with Mr. L. R. T. Dixon in the Milling business. Later, he associated himself with Mr. H. F. Moore in the Grocery business and continued in Mr. Moore's employ until the time of his death. Mr. Boston was about 38 years of age, was the son of the late Thos. J. Boston, a well-known farmer of near Pocomoke city. He married Miss Celie Dize, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fieldy Dize, of this city, about fourteen years ago. At the time of his death, he was survived by his wife, a daughter, Irene, and survived by two sisters, Mrs. White and Mrs. Howard, both of Pocomoke city. Mr. Boston was regarded as having a genial, friendly disposition which made him a host of friends and retained their friendship throughout life. He was industrious and scrupulously honest and enjoyed the esteem of the town at large. Funeral services were held at the home of Mr. E. R. Dize Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Louis Randall, and the remains were laid to rest in the Crisfield Cemetery. Several friends of Mr. Elijah H. Boston, whose death was announced in The Crisfield Times drove to the Cemetery Sunday following his burial and placed a handsome pillow of flowers upon his grave. The pillow was the production of a well-known Philadelphia Florist, and bore the words "The sympathy of friends."
