Description	:	Funeral services for Miss Eliza Ann Marshall of Chelan Falls who passed away at her home Sunday evening after a lingering illness, were held Tuesday afternoon at the home of Mrs. George Brown in Chelan Falls. Rev. Kinch of the Methodist church conducted the services. Arrangements were in charge of Higgins morticians and interment was in the fraternal cemetery where she was laid by the side of a life long friend. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. George D. Alexander and baby of Kelso and Mrs. LeRoy Smith, Seattle; nephews, Marshall Brown, Wilford Bruce and Clark Marshall, all of Seattle. Miss Eliza Marshall was born in Maple Valley, Ontario, Canada and came to Washington in 1892. She knew the pioneer days of Washington and saw the bunchgrass of the Big Bend turn into wheat fields and Chelan Falls, Manson, Beebe and the whole Wenatchee valley change from a desert into a bouquet of apple blossoms. Miss Marshall was a member of the Presbyterian church but labored constantly in the Sunday school work nearest at hand regardless of denomination.
