Died at her home in Holt county, March 13, 1908, aged 80 years and 4 months. She was married to Fielding W. Vogan February 15, 1848. To this union nine children were born, four of whom preceded the mother to a better world. Fielding Vogan enlisted in the Union army during the Civil War and was killed at Nashville in '64. McIntyre was born Nov. 13, 1827, in Fleming Co., Kentucky. Died at her home in Holt county, March 13, 1908, aged 80 years and 4 months. She was married to Fielding W. Vogan February 15, 1848. To this union nine children were born, four of whom preceded the mother to a better world. Fielding Vogan enlisted in the Union army during the Civil War and was killed at Nashville in '64. Since that time the care and responsibility of rearing their large family has fallen upon the wife. Early in life she united with the church and has ever been known as a helper and guardian of her suffering neighbors. Funeral services and interment at Burr Oak, Sunday, March 15 at 11 o'clock.
