Description	:	Mrs. Eliza Vincent, 76, died early Wednesday of complications after an illness of five weeks. Mrs. Vincent had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Angie Fiscus, 215 Sixteenth Avenue. She had been a resident of Council Bluffs for two years. Surviving her are two sons, Elwood Vincent, living in Minnesota; Paul Vincent of Harian, Ia.; six daughters, Mrs. Mary West of Gravity, Ia., Mrs. Jennie Cahill of Aida, Iowa, Mrs. Inez Miller of Storm Lake, Ia., Mrs. Pearl Jones of Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Ollie Ruge and Mrs. Angie Fiscus, both of Council Bluffs; three brothers and two sisters....
