ELBERT CARRICO BURIED HERE Funeral Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Carrico, 84, San Francisco, formerly of Battle Creek and Norolk who died May 15, were conducted Wednesday morning at the First Methodist Church in Norfolk by the Rev. Adrian Edgar. Burial was at Battle Creek and pallbearers were Henry Bierman, V. F. Galyen, Ben Flesner, Wilbur Kimes, Richard Peters and Leverette Ennis. Mrs. Carrico was born January 3, 1868, at St. Louis. She was married July 25, 1888 to Elbert Carrico at Wytheville, Va., and to them 11 sons and daughters were born. They came west in 1901 to homestead and in 1909 moved to Madison County. She resided in this county until three years ago when she moved to California. Surviving are four daughters and three sons. She was preceded in death by her husband, three sons and one daughter. There are thirty grandchildren.
