Description	:	Mrs. Elizabeth Bell, who passed away at 10:20 a.m. October 19, 1949 was the daughter of the late Mr. And Mrs. P. F. Murray. Mrs. Bell was born in Springfield, Ill., Aug. 17, 1887. She attended the local schools there and graduated from the Springfield high school and Dec. 10, 1906 married William C. Bell of Springfield, Ill. They spent the first few years of their married life in Springfield, before moving to Chicago, Ill., where Mr. Bell accepted the position with the Chicago Suburban Railway Company as superintendent of transportation. Mrs. Bell was born in Springfield, Ill., Aug. 17, 1887. She attended the local schools there and graduated from the Springfield high school and Dec. 10, 1906 married William C. Bell of Springfield, Ill. They spent the first few years of their married life in Springfield, before moving to Chicago, Ill., where Mr. Bell accepted the position with the Chicago Suburban Railway Company as superintendent of transportation. They later moved to Iowa where they were engaged in farming until her death. Mrs. Bell is survived by her husband, William C.; and four sons, William of Cleveland, Ohio, James of Farmington, Iowa, Robert of Bonaparte, Iowa, and John of Stockton, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. G. E. Hartsock of Iowa City, Mrs. Dayton Miller and Marie Bell of Bonaparte; 12 grandchildren and three sisters, Genevieve, Bertha and Agnes Murray of Springfield, Ill. Her brother, John Murray, preceded her in death Feb. 13, 1948. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23 at St. Boniface Catholic church in Farmington, Iowa, and burial was made in the Bonaparte cemetery.
