ELIZABETH ROLLIN Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth C. Rollin, 67, who died Saturday afternoon, Feb. 6 at the Fettes Hospital, were condicted Monday afternoon, Feb 8, at Cobb's Funeral Home, with Rev. L.J. Weinert, pastor of the Congregational church in charge. The cause of her death, which occurred on the fiftieth anniversary of her first marriage, was bronchial phneumonia. Mrs. Rollin, whose maiden name was Elizabeth Rogers was born at Percival, Iowa, April 7, 1870. She attended the Percival schools and was united in marriage with James h. Marble in that town on Feb. 6, 1887. Mr Marble died Oct 27, 1913. On Nove. 27, 1915, she was married to George W. Rollin in Spencer. After their marriage, Mr. and Mrs Rollin lived on a farm south of Dickens. Before coming to Clay county the deceased lived on a farm with her first husband near Glencoe. Surviving her are her husband, three sons and one daughter as follows; Delos R. Marble of Spencer, Mrs Bert Waldo of Spooner, Minn., Almon D Marble of Whittier, Calif., and George W. Marble of Detroit, Mich. Two brothers, Arthur Rogers of Percival and Almon Rogers of Colome, S.D. and a sister, Mrs George Hoffman of Kennedy, Sask., Canada, also survive.
