Description	:	Mrs. Fred Pitkin. At five o'clock Sunday morning, December 18th, Mrs, Fred Pitkin of the Walworth county passed away at the hospital here in Sargent. Mrs. Pitkin was operated on at the hospital Wednesday, December 14th, for abdominal trouble but she was never able to recover from the shock and gradually failed until death came four days later. Obituary: Elizabeth Ellen Wolf was born at Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, on February 12th, 1894 and died at Sargent, Nebraska, December 18th,1921, aged 27 years, 7 months and 5 days. At the age of five years she came to Custer county Nebraska, with her parents Mr. and Mrs. John Wolf, who resided on a farm in the Somerford neighborhood For a few years she attended the Somerford district school. Later on, her parents lived awhile in Later on, her parents lived awhile in Sargent and attended school here. On the 20th day of April, 1914, she was united in marriage to Fred J. Pitkin. To this union three children were born, Cleveland Ashley, Mary La Ferne and Martha May. Besides her husband and three children she leaves to mourn her death her father and mother and three sisters and two brothers. One sister, Mrs Pearl Marth died here in Sargent four years ago. The funeral was held at the Methodist Church Tuesday afternoon. Rev. M. M. Long preaching the sermon. Interment was made in Mount Hope Cemetery
