Description	:	Boone County Democrat February 5, 1909 Mrs. Robert Clark passed away at her home at 612 West Second street, at 6:20 o'clock Thursday morning Jan. 29th., after an illness of over two years with Bright's disease and dropsy. Elizabeth Flockard was born in Edinburg, Scotland, Dec. 28th, 1863 making her forty five years old at the time of her death. Her parents came to America when she was six years old. Elizabeth Flockard was born in Edinburg, Scotland, Dec. 28th, 1863 making her forty five years old at the time of her death. Her parents came to America when she was six years old. They lived in Mercer County, Pa. for five years and in 1874 came to Boone, where she has made her home since. Aug. 16, 1883 she was married to Robert Clark. To them were born four children, two of which have preceded her Elizabeth and Robert. Mary and William and the husband survive to mourn her death, also eight brothers and one sister. The funeral services were held from the gospel Tabernacle at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. J.C. Crawford, burial in Linwood cemetery.
