After the death of William Carrol, Elizabeth married Bradford Bailey on March 03, 1844. According to J.B. Simmons," Mr. Bailey went off and never returned." The following census entry identifies Elizbeth (age 5) as a Carrol, however some Compton researchers identify her as a child of Mr. Baily.
