She suffered a paralytic stroke six years ago from which she never recovered. Funeral tentatively set for Thursday afternoon at the Champion Funeral home. Burial will be in Osage cemetery. She was born May 7, 1866 to M. S. and Marietta (Folsom) Stacy in Wisconsin. As an infant she accompanied her parents to Mitchell, where her parents managed store, and later came to Osage where her father founded the Stacy department store.
